  Movement 1 : Scenery

  There is no mountain higher than a man, no road longer than feet. The

  wonderful sights is not in the distance, but in the state of mind. Step by

  step the scenery, stride by stride the joy.

  Movement 2 : The dance of life

  Life comes and goes in a hurry, is full of all sorts of triviality and

  multifarious; the mind is infected with a layer of shadow; look at this world 

  there are also trouble and gloomy. Settle down, you will find that life

  every day is in a big dance, intense and exciting, just do not have the

  patience to find and taste.
